About Me
I grew up in the forests and mountains of Northern British Columbia before studying English Literature and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. Teaching has taken me across the world—to Korea, the Philippines, and now Belgium—where I spend my days with sixth graders and my nights with fictional worlds. I write novels about expats, about identity and belonging, and about the magic hidden in ordinary life.
